Cloaked ships are only the threat of a threat apart from being able to relay system Intel. Every ship in Eve has a d-scan. Use it. I just finished running a cosmic anon in 0.0 with one cloaked. Ship unsystematic and another docked. D-scan.

Don't drop webs or it will be nanofiber fest all over again. Often times webs are the only things that stop flavor of the month dramiels. Do something about the bounty system. At least make engaging the bountied pods in highsec a non offense.

I went in looking for them. Certainly I've lost my advantage as I assume by the control tower on d-scan, they live there. The only advantage I had was surprise and a friend on the other side of the wh. Now how do I collect my newb mistake award?
